1. Bookings and Packages

1.1 Bookings can be made by completing our online booking form, which is the preferred method. If accessibility support is required, bookings may also be made by calling, texting, or emailing us directly.
1.2 Bookings are confirmed once a 25% downpayment is received.
1.3 Packages determine the inclusions and service times for your event. We arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your event start time to set up. Our standard service includes 2.5 hours of cooking, catering, and serving. For example, if your event begins at 12:00 pm, we will arrive at 11:00 am, serve until 2:30 pm, and pack down to leave your premises within 30 minutes (by 3:00 pm).
1.3 Any extras, such as extended service, additional pizzas, or substitutions, are charged at the rates in your quote.


2. Payments

2.1 A deposit is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2.2 For bookings made more than 14 days prior to the event date, a 25% deposit is required.

2.3 For bookings made within 14 days of the event date, a 50% deposit is required.

2.4 For bookings made within 7 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.5 The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event date for all bookings, regardless of when the booking was made, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.6 Payments may be made via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods as stated on the invoice.

2.7 Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
2.8 Failure to make payment by the due date may result in late fees and or cancellation of the booking.
2.9 Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance, plus $10 per day after the event date until the balance is paid in full.


3. Changes and Final Numbers

3.1 Final guest numbers and dietary requests must be confirmed 10 days before your event.
3.2 Reductions in guest numbers made within 10 days of the event will not alter the final invoice. Significant decreases within this period may be reviewed at our discretion, and a revised invoice may be issued if approved.
3.3 Extra service time is billed in 30-minute increments. For small parties of 40–65 guests held Monday to Saturday, the charge is a minimum of $100 per 30 minutes. For larger parties, the rate will vary depending on the package selected and the total number of guests.

4. Service Times

4.1 Service times follow your chosen package.
4.2 If there are substantial delays of more than 20 minutes, the start of service may be adjusted. Please note that the total service time will still apply and may be reduced as a result.
4.3 Extra time can be added, billed per 30 minutes at $100.

5. Site Access and Setup

5.1 Provide safe, level access for our oven and vehicle with suitable space for setup.
5.2 A minimum space of 3.5m x 6m is required for our equipment. If this space is not available, please contact our office to discuss alternative arrangements.
5.3 Depending on the package chosen, access to a power outlet may be required. If power is not available, we can arrange alternatives which may incur an additional fee.
5.4 You are responsible for any council, venue, or strata approvals if required.
5.5 Whenever possible, we may request a photo of the venue in advance to help us prepare and anticipate how we will set up our oven, tent, tables, and full service area. This ensures smoother planning and avoids issues on the day.
5.6 We will ensure the area used for service is left clean and tidy at the end of the event.

6. Weather, Fire Bans and Safety

6.1 Events proceed in light weather if conditions are safe.
6.2 In severe weather or a Total Fire Ban that prevents operation, we will reschedule your booking or provide a credit.
6.3 We may pause or stop service if conditions are unsafe.



7. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

7.1 Provide dietary and allergy information with your final numbers.
7.2 We take care with gluten-free, vegetarian, and other requests as provided.
7.3 Our workspace may contain allergens such as gluten and dairy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.



8. Cancellations and Postponements

8.1 Cancellations can be made in writing or verbally, but must be confirmed by the person who made the booking.
8.2 Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 4 weeks before the event.
8.3 If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
8.4 If you cancel within 10 business days, up to 50% of the total invoice may be payable.
8.5 If you cancel within 4 days, the full invoice may be payable to cover committed costs.
8.6 Reschedules may be arranged subject to availability.



9. Travel and Parking

9.1 We travel up to 1.5 hours from Wollongong at no extra charge.
9.2 For distances requiring more than 1.5 hours of travel, an additional cost of $250 applies.
9.3 Clients are responsible for any parking fees or fines incurred. Tolls are included and will not be charged separately.



10. Equipment and Damage

10.1 You are responsible for loss or damage to our equipment caused by guests or third parties.
10.2 We manage our own catering equipment and waste. General site rubbish remains the client’s or venue’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.



11. Safety and Supervision

11.1 Children must be supervised at all times around catering equipment.
11.2 We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe, if the premises are unsuitable, or if there is insufficient space for catering to operate safely.ions unsafe.



12. Insurance and Liability

12.1 We hold public and product liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
12.2 To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the cost of the service.



13. Force Majeure

13.1 Neither party is responsible for events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, fire bans, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13.2 In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule.



14. Privacy

14.1 We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
14.2 Allergy and dietary details are used only to provide safe service.



15. GST and Pricing

15.1 All prices include GST.
15.2 Surcharges may apply for public holidays or late-night events.
15.3 The minimum charge are as following:

Mate’s Plate: $1,190, covering up to 40 guests
Heaps Good Feed: $1,280, covering up to 40 guests
Verato Spread: $1,450, covering up to 40 guests

15.4 Christmas and New Year holiday dates (24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January) incur a 100% surcharge to reflect the increased operating costs during this period.
