• Booking Summary

  • A 25% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.

  Minimum Package Charges

  • Mate’s Plate – $1,190 for up to 40 guests
  • Heaps Good Feed – $1,280 for up to 40 guests
  • Verato Spread – $1,450 for up to 40 guests

  Service and Timing

  • We arrive 1 hour before your event to set up.
  • Standard service includes 2.5 hours of cooking, catering, and serving.
  • Pack down is completed within 30 minutes.
  • Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are due 10 days before your event.
  • Reductions within 10 days won’t change your invoice; increases will adjust your final cost.
  • Extra service time can be added in 30-minute blocks (from $100).

  Travel and Setup

  • Travel up to 1.5 hours from Wollongong is included.
  • Travel beyond this incurs a $250 fee.
  • Plates, napkins, and cutlery are provided free on request.
  • Some packages may require access to a power outlet. If unavailable, we can arrange alternatives (fees may apply).

  Weather and Safety

  • Events proceed in light weather.
  • If conditions are unsafe or a Total Fire Ban applies, we’ll reschedule or provide a credit.
  • Please ensure safe access and supervision around our catering equipment.

  Cancellations

  • More than 4 weeks out: deposit refunded
  • Within 4 weeks: deposit not refunded
  • Within 10 business days: up to 50% payable
  • Within 4 days: full invoice may be payable

  Other Details

  • Holiday surcharges apply on 24–26 and 31 December, and 1 January (100% increase).
  • All prices include GST.

• Payment details are processed securely and are not stored by us.
• You can request to update or delete your information at any time.
