Bookings
How do I make a booking?
The easiest way to book is through our online form. Alternatively, if you need accessibility support, you can also call, text, or email us.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 25% downpayment.
What’s included in a package?
Each package includes set service times and menu options. Typically, we arrive 1 hour before your event to set up, then provide 2.5 hours of cooking, catering, and serving, and finally, pack down within 30 minutes.
Payments
How much deposit is required?
A 25% downpayment secures your booking.
When do I pay the balance?
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.
Guest Numbers & Changes
When do I need to confirm guest numbers?
Final numbers and dietary requests must be provided 10 days before your event.
Can I reduce guest numbers after confirming?
Reductions made within 10 days won’t change the invoice. Major changes may be reviewed at our discretion.
Can I extend service time?
Yes, extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks, starting from $100 (depending on package and guest numbers),
Service Times
What if my event is delayed?
If your event runs more than 20 minutes late, we’ll shorten the service time. However, you can arrange extra time for an additional fee if needed.
Setup & Access
What space do you need?
We require at least 3.5m x 6m of level space for our oven and service area.
Do you need power?
Some packages need a power outlet. If one isn’t available, we’ll arrange an alternative for you, with fees that may apply.
Who handles venue approvals?
Any council, venue, or strata approvals are the client’s responsibility.
